ADCC PRO ("we", "us", "our") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information our app and website collect, how it is used, and the choices you have.
Information We Collect
You can browse movies, download accessibility tracks, and play audio description and captions without creating an account. Creating an account is only required to use optional features like Favorites and your Profile. If you create an account, we collect your name and email address.
If you use the microphone-based auto-sync feature, a short audio sample is recorded and uploaded to our servers to find where it matches in the film. The sample is used only for that matching process and is not retained afterward.
We do not collect your precise location. We may collect basic, anonymized device and usage data (such as app version or crash reports) solely to maintain and improve the app.
Downloaded Content
Audio description and closed caption files you choose to download are stored locally on your own device for offline playback. These files are not uploaded to our servers.
Account & Data Deletion
If you created an account, you can request that it — and the data associated with it — be deleted at any time. See our Delete Account & Data page for instructions on what is deleted and how long it takes.
Third-Party Services
We do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties for advertising purposes. Where third-party services are used (for example, to host downloadable files), they are bound to use data only to provide that service.
Children's Privacy
Our app is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Continued use of the app or website after changes are posted means you accept the updated policy.
